Is it worth the risk when there are so many options available? Employees are not privy to all the inside information, but strange to see so many negative posts on this topic. Some posts have hinted at bankruptcy, but we’re not sure how that’s possible if they just raised $2M three months prior to some of those posts.
Not sure if they are weeding people out, but employees have not had a favorable opinion about eVisit’s outlook. Hopefully, they didn’t burn through a million in six months. They raised $1M in December of 2016, but six months later turned around and raised another $2M. The financial stability is a tough one to figure out with eVisit. Others have reported that the patient apps are problematic.ĮVisit does use the latest Web video technology like some of the newer companies and is a solid product. Some customers have reported poor service and tech support. However, they do have some gaps in their product offering.

The cost for Mend is also very reasonable and they have unique integration technology to handle Telemedicine, intake, documents, or just about any other workflow you want to automate. If you're looking for an enterprise-grade platform that can support just about any workflow, but still keep it really easy to use. The ease of use, customer service, and the fact that they go way beyond just Telemedicine put them in a category of their own. The users really seem to like the product.
